Home Staging

Home Staging on the Gold Coast

Home staging — property styling, in other words — that helps Gold Coast homes photograph beautifully and sell faster. Independent, hands-on, and installed in a single day.

Staged for the buyer, not the catalogue

Fourteen years of styling homes for sale taught me one thing: buyers respond to a home they can picture themselves in. Every piece is chosen for the architecture of your property and the buyer most likely to walk through the door — never a generic package pulled off a warehouse shelf.

Whether the home is empty or you're still living in it, staging takes a day on site and is collected once the property settles.

Two ways to stage your home

Full home staging

For vacant properties. A complete furniture, art and accessory package across the living, dining and bedrooms — delivered, styled and photography-ready.

Partial home staging

For occupied homes. I edit and rearrange what you already own, then layer in the hire pieces that lift each room for the campaign.

Home staging questions

What is home staging?

Home staging — also called property styling — is furnishing and styling a home so it photographs and presents at its best for sale. Furniture, art, lighting and soft furnishings are hired and installed for the campaign, then collected after settlement.

How much does home staging cost on the Gold Coast?

Cost depends on the size of the home and how many rooms are styled. A partial style of the main living areas sits well below a full vacant styling package. Every quote is fixed and given after a walk-through, so there are no surprises.

How long does the hire period run?

The standard hire period is six weeks, which covers most Gold Coast campaigns. Extensions are available week by week if your property is still on the market.

Do you stage occupied homes?

Yes. If you're still living in the property I edit what you own, rearrange the rooms and layer in hire pieces where they're needed, so the home still works for you while it's on the market.

Which suburbs do you cover?

The whole Gold Coast — Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, Robina, Coolangatta and everywhere in between.
